プライバシーポリシー

PairTask（以下「本アプリ」）は、買い物情報を利用者と招待された家のメンバーの間で共有するため、必要な情報を取り扱います。本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用者を他社のアプリやWebサイトを横断して追跡しません。

アカウント

本アプリは利用開始時にFirebase Authenticationの匿名アカウントを自動作成します。メールアドレス、電話番号、Apple ID、Googleアカウントによる登録は行いません。

取り扱う情報

  • 表示名、買い物項目、メモ、購入履歴、在庫状況など、利用者が入力した情報
  • 家への所属、役割、匿名の利用者識別子、招待コードとその状態
  • 通知を届けるためのFirebase Cloud Messagingトークン、Apple Push Notification serviceトークン、使用言語
  • 不正利用を防ぐためにFirebase App Checkが処理する端末・アプリ検証情報
  • Firebase SDKがサービス提供と動作分析のために処理するサービス利用情報と診断情報

カメラ

招待QRコードを読み取る場合にのみカメラを使用します。読み取った映像や写真は保存またはサーバーへ送信しません。カメラを許可しなくても、招待コードを手入力できます。

利用目的

  • 買い物情報を家のメンバーと同期するため
  • 買い物の追加、担当、完了を通知するため
  • ホーム画面・ロック画面のウィジェットとライブアクティビティを提供するため
  • 不正アクセスを防ぎ、サービスを安全に提供するため
  • お問い合わせへの対応と不具合の調査を行うため
  • サービスの動作状況を分析し、安定性を維持するため

外部サービス

本アプリは、認証、データ保存・同期、通知、不正利用防止のためにGoogle Firebaseを利用します。Googleによる情報の取り扱いは、Googleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

第三者への提供

サービス提供に必要なGoogle Firebaseでの処理、家のメンバーとの共有、または法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者へ提供しません。利用者の情報を販売せず、広告目的に使用しません。

保存期間

アカウントと家に紐づく情報は、本アプリの提供と共有機能に必要な間保存します。通知トークンは、通知の提供または端末との紐づけに必要でなくなった場合に削除します。お問い合わせメールは、対応と再発防止に必要な期間保存します。

保存と削除

家から退出すると、その家の共有情報へアクセスできなくなります。設定の「アカウントを削除」から、匿名アカウント、表示名、通知トークン、家への所属情報を削除できます。自分だけの家では、家と共有情報も削除されます。削除後は元に戻せません。

他のメンバーがいる家では、買い物項目や購入履歴を継続利用できるよう、共有情報と作成者・購入者の匿名IDを保持します。削除された匿名アカウントでは認証できず、共有情報へアクセスできません。詳しい操作はサポートページの削除案内をご確認ください。

利用者の選択

  • カメラと通知は、iPhoneの設定からいつでも許可を変更できます。
  • 表示名、買い物項目、メモなどは、本アプリ内で変更または削除できます。
  • アカウントと関連データは、設定の「アカウントを削除」から削除できます。

Privacy Policy

PairTask (“the App”) processes information needed to share shopping information between you and invited household members. The App does not display advertising or track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Account

The App automatically creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication account when you start using it. You do not register with an email address, phone number, Apple ID, or Google Account.

Information we process

  • Information you enter, including display names, shopping items, notes, purchase history, and household supply status
  • Household membership, roles, anonymous user identifiers, invitation codes, and invitation status
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, Apple Push Notification service tokens, and language preferences used to deliver notifications
  • Device and app attestation information processed by Firebase App Check to prevent abuse
  • Service usage and diagnostic information processed by Firebase SDKs to operate and analyze the service

Camera

The App uses the camera only when you scan an invitation QR code. Camera video and photos are not stored or sent to a server. You can enter an invitation code without allowing camera access.

How we use information

  • To synchronize shopping information with household members
  • To notify members when items are added, claimed, or purchased
  • To provide Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and Live Activities
  • To prevent unauthorized access and operate the service securely
  • To respond to support requests and investigate problems
  • To analyze service operation and maintain stability

Third-party services

The App uses Google Firebase for authentication, data storage and synchronization, notifications, and abuse prevention. See the Google Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.

Sharing with third parties

We do not provide your information to third parties except for processing needed to operate Google Firebase, sharing with your household members, or when required by law. We do not sell information or use it for advertising.

Retention

Account and household information is retained while needed to provide the App and its sharing features. Notification tokens are deleted when they are no longer needed to deliver notifications or associate a device. Support emails are retained for as long as needed to respond and prevent recurring problems.

Retention and deletion

After leaving a household, you can no longer access its shared information. In Settings, choose “Delete Account” to delete your anonymous account, display name, notification tokens, and household membership. If you are the only member, the household and its shared information are also deleted. Deletion cannot be undone.

When other household members remain, shared information and anonymous creator or purchaser IDs are retained so shopping items and purchase history continue to work. The deleted anonymous account can no longer authenticate or access shared information. See the deletion instructions on the Support page.

Your choices

  • You can change camera and notification permissions at any time in iPhone Settings.
  • You can edit or delete display names, shopping items, notes, and other content in the App where those controls are available.
  • You can delete your account and related data by choosing “Delete Account” in Settings.
